This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thinks proactively, documents processes, and enjoys creating exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with our advisors as their strategic operational partner, ensuring that our day-to-day operations, client service, and internal workflows run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Own the full client onboarding experience, from welcome meeting through first statement review. Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests, delivering high-touch, professional support. Prepare for and follow through on client meetings, ensuring action items are documented and executed. Coordinate marketing initiatives and client events, including invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and follow-up. Maintain accurate client data, reporting, and documentation across all systems. Support tax-season workflows and manage the secure collection and delivery of client documents. Continuously improve operational processes by documenting workflows and identifying efficiencies. Collaborate closely with advisors and team members, asking questions early and communicating proactively. Qualifications 5+ years of operations or client service experience in a wealth management or financial advisory firm. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working in a small, collaborative, high-trust team environment. FINRA Series 7 and/or 66 licensing preferred but not required. Proven ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Enjoys problem-solving and adapting to new challenges. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000
  • 105,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Salaried and exempt position Performance-based bonus potential. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan with 5% employer match.
