We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for both patients and staff. Your leadership will drive practice success by managing administrative functions, fostering excellent patient relations, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment where your management skills and dental office expertise will make a meaningful impact. Duties Manage all aspects of dental office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff supervision to ensure optimal practice performance Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures clearly and ensuring understanding of financial options and insurance coverage Oversee medical records management Supervise administrative staff, providing training in medical administrative support, customer service, and compliance with HIPAA and other health regulation policies Utilize practice management software such as Dentrix, to streamline patient management and billing processes Monitor fiscal management activities including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing accounts receivable/payable Foster a positive team environment Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with strong supervisory skills Extensive knowledge of dental office operations including Dentrix Demonstrated ability in fiscal management—budgeting, financial oversight Familiarity with healthcare regulations Excellent managerial communication skills for managing teams as a healthcare practice manager Ability to navigate managed care policies and utilization management processes effectively Join us in creating a welcoming environment where exceptional patient care meets efficient practice management. Pay:
$25.64 - $37.13 per hour
