We're seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead a thriving practice in Brentwood, TN. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, customer service, and business acumen who understands the numbers behind a successful dental practice and knows how to turn goals into results. What You'll Own Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to practice goals Drive production and collections while consistently working toward monthly and annual budgets Build and manage provider schedules to support production goals and practice growth Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and develop actionable solutions Oversee collections, accounts receivable, and standard dental AR procedures Maintain a healthy schedule by minimizing gaps and maximizing patient opportunities Deliver an exceptional patient experience and confidently resolve concerns Oversee daily operations, staffing, workflow, and overall office performance Partner with clinical leadership to achieve operational and financial goals What We're Looking For Dental office management or strong dental leadership experience Proven success meeting or exceeding production, collection, and budget goals Strong understanding of dental scheduling, AR, collections, and practice KPIs Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills A business-minded leader who understands how daily decisions impact practice performance Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused Why Join Us?
