Dental Office Manager Chattanooga, TN | Full-Time | Are you a strong leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team while keeping a practice focused on its goals? We're seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager for a thriving practice in Chattanooga, TN. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sides of a successful dental office—the people and the business . What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow Create an exceptional patient experience and strong office culture Drive practice goals, including production, collections, and budget performance Monitor schedules and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth Oversee collections and standard A/R processes Recruit, train, and coach team members Partner with providers to improve efficiency and overall practice performance What We're Looking For Dental office management experience preferred Strong leadership and team-development skills Proven ability to meet budgets, production goals, and performance targets Solid understanding of scheduling, collections, and A/R Excellent customer service and communication skills Business-minded, organized, proactive, and results-driven What We Offer Competitive pay Monthly & quarterly bonus opportunities Medical, dental & vision benefits 401(k) PTO & paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth If you're a leader who enjoys developing people, creating an outstanding patient experience, and driving results, we'd love to connect.
