Job Description

Candidate must be able to work every Friday 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 9-2 every week. We are looking for a highly motivated, mature candidate who has a wealth of experience in customer service. This positions entails a lot of interaction with both patients and staff. Candidates for this position must be able to work on a team, lead a team, and endure a fast-paced environment. 1. Directs, supervises, and coordinates staff and office activities on a day-to-day basis in conjunction with management. 2. Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff. 3. Monitor and maintain office supplies, pharmaceutical supplies, and medical supplies inventory. 4. Perform data entry and processing. 5. Responsible for facility cleaning, hygiene, safety, and maintenance in collaboration with management. 6. Provide general support to visitors and patients. 7. Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them with adequate coaching and guidance. 8. Aid in the design and implementation filing systems, both paper and electronic. 9. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current. 10. Aid in establishing and monitoring procedures for record-keeping. 11. Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data. 12. Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency. 13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with support of management. 14. Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment. 15. Maintain security of cash transactions, including monitoring and security of safe. Qualifications Highschool diploma Experience in a medical office with supervising skills Must be compassionate and personable. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other medical staff. Strong leadership skills, self-confidence, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Exceptional active listening skills
