We specialize in complex dental care and implant solutions, emphasizing personalized, boutique-style service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations, ensuring smooth patient experiences and exceptional customer service. Manage and motivate office staff to maintain high productivity, efficiency, and adherence to practice policies. Coordinate hiring, training, ongoing performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions of staff. Maintain rigorous compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state and federal dental regulations. Oversee patient account management, ensuring accurate billing and financial operations. Implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives, including practice branding, advertising, public relations, and social media engagement. Regularly evaluate and update office systems, technology, and workflows to optimize efficiency and patient care quality.
Marketing and PR Detailed Duties:
Lead daily office meetings to ensure team preparedness and alignment. Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee and manage appointment scheduling to maximize productivity. Regularly review practice metrics, financial reports, and operational goals with the dentist. Implement staff development programs to enhance skills in patient communication, sales mindset, and office efficiency. Ensure the practice's brand and high-end experience is consistently represented in all patient interactions, marketing, and communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience. Proven experience managing and leading dental practice staff. Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental), communication tools (Weave), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong background in patient relations, including managing complex patient needs and delivering high-touch customer service. Demonstrated ability to implement effective marketing and social media strategies. Experience with complex case treatment presentation.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of high-end or boutique healthcare practices. Experience with prosthodontics or implant-focused dental practices.
