Job Description

NW Hills Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a Dental Office Manager who knows how to lead a team, run a successful schedule, and keep the business moving forward — all while creating an exceptional patient experience! We are a busy, growing family dental practice looking for an experienced Office Manager who can step in, lead with confidence, and help our team continue to thrive. What You'll Do As our Office Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the practice while partnering closely with the clinical and administrative teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the dental office Managing and optimizing the practice schedule based on production and business goals Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling, productivity, and overall practice performance Helping the team effectively convert same-day treatment opportunities Monitoring practice goals and helping the team stay accountable to them Building strong relationships with patients and ensuring an exceptional patient experience Coaching, motivating, and developing team members Creating a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone works together Supporting front-office workflows, patient flow, and overall office efficiency Understanding the financial side of the practice and using business metrics to drive results Partnering with the doctor and team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Handling challenges with professionalism, positivity, and a solutions-focused mindset What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident leading a team, comfortable managing the business side of dentistry, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Our ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager Strong experience with Eaglesoft A solid understanding of the daily operations of a dental practice Proven ability to build and manage a schedule around practice goals Experience improving scheduling efficiency and production Proven ability to convert same-day treatment Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills The ability to hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive culture Strong organizational and problem-solving skills A business-minded approach with a patient-first attitude A professional, positive, and energetic personality The ability to jump in, lead by example, and work collaboratively with the entire team Our Ideal Office Manager We want someone who can have fun, build relationships, celebrate wins, and bring positive energy to the office while also understanding that running a successful dental practice requires focus, accountability, and strong business leadership. You should be someone who can look at a schedule and immediately start thinking: "How can we make this better?" You enjoy developing people, solving problems, hitting goals, and creating a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday Friday is an administrative day and the Office Manager is expected to be in the office. Position available immediately!
