Join an innovative and expanding practice. What You'll Do As our Clinic Administrator, you'll be the glue that holds everything together!
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Support & Scheduling:
Greet patients with a warm, friendly smile and ensure they have an amazing experience at our clinic. Answer phone calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally. Schedule and manage patient appointments (new, follow-up, and periodic check-ins).
Operations & Administrative Support:
Validate insurance, collect copays, and explain financial responsibilities. Reconcile payments and troubleshoot claims. Prepare weekly/monthly metrics and agendas for team meetings. Process payments, manage accounts receivable, and handle official records (e.g., LOPs, superbills). Update and maintain lead trackers and KPIs.
Clinic Management:
Keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Maintain and oversee clinic equipment to ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
EMR Management:
Manage patients' electronic medical records (EMRs) and physician referrals. Process faxes and documentation efficiently and accurately. What We're Looking For A friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills. Experience managing insurance claims and processing. Experience with Availity and claim submission/dispute Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities—you thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with learning new software (training provided for our EMR system). Prior experience in a medical or physical therapy office.
Bonus:
Ability to collect on-site content for social media (not required). What We Offer Part-Time /
