FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

(College Station, TX)

Schedule:

FT - 5 days a week (10-12 HR SHIFTS) (WEEKENDS

We are looking for experience in the following areas: Demonstrated excellent sales skills. Comfortable driving for an extended period of time in a company vehicle. Demonstrated ability to train and motivate a team of upwards 20+ members. Increasing client base with new business development. Working in the field on weekends and as needed. Completing accurate weekly inventory counts. Training and coaching new and existing team members. Enhances the guest experience by driving and delivering excellent customer service. A few quick requirements:

Must have open availability to travel on weekends (both Saturday / Sunday required) and have the ability to adjust schedule as needed. Flexibility to adapt to changes and multitasking. Pass background check, drivers license check and drug test. Budgeting. Punctuality and dependability a must! Knowledge of basic sales practices and application while making recommendations to clients. Basic accounting principles and cash handling experience. Strong ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams to direct and lead company initiatives and goals. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Able to work independently without direct supervision. This is a mid level management position with the opportunity for growth.
