A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

LOCATION
College Station
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every other week would work on weekends 4 hours each day (4 hours Saturday, 4 hours Sunday).
PAY RATE
$14 - $14.50 per hour.

About the Role We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
