Job Description

Clinic Operator to support daily front-office operations and provide excellent patient service. This position will handle a high volume of incoming calls, coordinate appointments, assist patients, and support the medical and administrative team. Key Duties Answer approximately 90% of incoming calls, direct calls, take messages, and assist with patient inquiries. Greet patients and provide friendly, professional customer service. Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments. Maintain and update provider and clinic calendars. Process referrals from external physician offices. Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history. Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints. Maintain accurate patient records and complete required paperwork. Provide information regarding clinic policies, procedures, and appointment reminders. Coordinate with medical and support staff to maintain efficient clinic operations. Assist with training and onboarding new administrative staff. Support the Front Office Supervisor, clinic manager, and medical staff with administrative needs. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly demeanor. Previous medical office, healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
