Job Description
Regional Manager - Multi-Location Dental Practice (DFW) Legacy Dental & Orthodontics is hiring a hands-on Regional Manager to lead daily operations across six of our Dallas-Fort Worth area practice locations. This is a field-based role built for someone who wants to be in the offices, not behind a desk, driving consistency, accountability, and performance across a growing multi-location group. What you'll do Be physically present across our six assigned locations on a rotating weekly basis, ensuring every office is visited and supported consistently Serve as the primary driver of company policy and procedure implementation at the practice level Partner directly with office managers on scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and day-to-day operational issues Host and lead weekly team meetings to align office managers and staff on priorities, performance, and updates with the Beaumont region Update the doctor schedule template monthly based on submitted vacation/time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage across all locations Be on-site to conduct the final-step interview with job candidates during their working interview Partner with the Director of People & Operations on setting and managing location-level budgets Directly supervise the Assistant Regional Manager, who leads the ortho program and supports general dentistry on non-ortho days Track each location's production performance against KPIs and work hands-on with teams to close gaps and drive results Coach and support office managers and staff on standards, systems, and expectations Champion company culture and patient experience consistently across every office you touch Report to ownership monthly on regional performance and operational risks What's off your plate Talent acquisition/recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling) and accounts receivable/billing are handled by other members of the upper management team. Your role in hiring is limited to the final in-person interview during a candidate's working interview. What we're looking for 3+ years of multi-location management experience in dental A track record of driving operational consistency and performance across multiple sites Experience managing or mentoring other managers or leads Strong coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Working knowledge of practice management systems (Dentrix Ascend experience a plus) Ability to read and interpret P&L statements preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000/year Monthly performance bonus tied to location production goals, uncapped upside Fuel assistance: $200 monthly fuel allowance paid directly to support your daily travel Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Supplemental AFLAC benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Full-time, exempt; standard Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 schedule, with Saturday coverage only as needed (e.g., when an Office Manager calls out and a location needs coverage)
