Job Overview Leads the office team Oversees daily operations Coordinates treatment presentation and scheduling Supports practice growth Holds staff accountable while still being part of the team Responsibilities Lead treatment presentation and financial arrangements Monitor treatment acceptance and unscheduled treatment reports Oversee team office workflow and daily priorities Coach and support front office team members Monitor scheduling efficiency and provider productivity Resolve patient concerns and service issues Track key performance indicators (production, collections, scheduling, reactivation) Monitor A/R receivables Oversee and help marketing/ online presence goals
