Job Description
We're Hiring! Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator Our pediatric dental office is looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! This person will work closely with our Office Manager as their right hand , helping keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule pediatric dental treatment Present treatment plans and financial information to parents/guardians Help families understand treatment recommendations and scheduling options Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions Submit dental insurance claims and ensure they are submitted accurately and timely Collect and post patient payments Assist with treatment estimates and financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient and insurance records Communicate with families regarding appointments and treatment Work closely with the dentist, clinical team, and Office Manager Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative responsibilities Help keep the front office organized and provide excellent customer service The Right Person Will Be Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and proactive Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with parents Familiar with dental insurance and claims A strong communicator and team player Compassionate and patient with children and families Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy pediatric dental environment Someone who takes initiative and can anticipate what the Office Manager needs Dental experience is preferred, especially pediatric dental experience, but we're willing to train the right person!
