Owning and managing corporate treasury operations across multiple properties and bank accounts Monitoring daily cash positions and proactively identifying risks or irregularities Executing and overseeing wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers with precision Managing banking relationships and maintaining account structures across a diverse portfolio Leading credit card merchant account (MID) setup, maintenance, and optimization Driving process improvements across cash management, expense reporting, and card programs Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Partnering with accounting, operations, and IT to resolve payment and system issues Supporting acquisitions, audits, and due diligence with accurate financial data and documentation Working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are key We're excited to have you because... You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field You bring 3+ years of treasury, banking, or finance experience (hospitality a plus) You have hands-on experience with cash management, bank reconciliations, and account administration You understand wires, ACH processing, and banking file formats (including BAI codes) You're experienced with online banking platforms and financial systems You're highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets You're detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines You're proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners You're always looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency Here's the
