The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care processes, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and providing exceptional support to both patients and medical staff. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of medical management and enhancing the overall patient experience within our clinic. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring all necessary medical records are accurate and up-to-date. Manage scheduling for patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures to optimize clinic efficiency. Oversee financial management aspects related to patient care, including insurance verification, billing inquiries, and payment processing. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinic systems such as Dentrix or Epic to facilitate seamless operations. Provide support in managing medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies. Assist in the training of new staff members on clinic protocols and systems to ensure a cohesive team environment. Address patient inquiries regarding treatment options, insurance coverage, and appointment logistics with professionalism and empathy. Skills Strong background in nursing or healthcare management is preferred. Proficiency in clinic management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Epic) is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of financial management principles as they relate to healthcare settings. Familiarity with veterinary or dental practices is a plus but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling medical records.
