Practice Manager The Practice Manager oversees the hospital's daily operations, team, client experience, and financial performance. This role works closely with the medical team and CVP leadership to ensure a positive environment and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support hospital staff. Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management. Manage daily hospital operations, inventory, facilities, and compliance. Address client concerns and support a positive client experience. Monitor budgets, financial reports, payroll, and purchasing. Support marketing, community relationships, and hospital growth. Partner with veterinary and CVP leadership on hospital goals and initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of veterinary hospital management experience. Emergency or specialty experience preferred. College degree preferred. Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
