Position:
The Hospital Manager is responsible for supporting the overall business operations. This position is a key part of the day to day operation. The Manager oversees the business of the operations in order to ensure the steady workflow of uninterrupted care and service. The position is responsible for the staff, including supporting the hiring and training for team needs. The Manager will oversee the financial aspects of the business such as billing and banking, inventory, equipment selection as well as facility cleanliness and the ordering of needed supplies. This leader will ensure a welcoming and customer focused work culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the financial reporting of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, budgeting, income reconciliation, credit and banking Inventory management including process flow and control Managing patient medical records and ensuring the highest quality of accuracy Responsible for managing the interviewing and hiring of needed staff members Providing training for new hires Scheduling needs for staff and doctors Promotes and helps ensure a patient centered environment Facilitates resolutions for client problems that cannot be resolved by doctors or staff Community involvement, including participation in fundraising and charity events Skills /
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or relevant education and work experience Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required Customer service attitude Excellent organizational skills including the ability multitask and prioritize Professional and positive attitude that is people oriented with good interpersonal skills Team oriented and has skills to support a team based culture Solid verbal and written and communication skills
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
