You will help lead our front desk team, handle daily business tasks, and help patients have a great visit.
Lead Staff:
Hire, train, and support front office team members.
Manage Schedule:
Oversee provider calendars and patient appointment books.
Support Patients:
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and explain treatment plans.
Keep Compliance:
Ensure the office meets OSHA and HIPAA safety rules. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma; college degree or dental management certificate is a plus. Past experience in dental office administration. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and terminology. Experience using dental practice software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. What We Offer Competitive pay range: $24-$25 per hour (depending on experience and position) Paid time off and benefits package
