This role works closely with the periodontist(s), clinical team, front office staff, and practice leadership to support high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and practice growth. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and compassionate leader with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced periodontal environment. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities Greeting:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
Guiding:
Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
Gratitude:
