What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all employees and doctors in the practice Ensure staff arrives on time, in uniform, and prepared for the day Conduct morning huddles with a clear agenda, reviewing daily and weekly goals Manage office supplies and budgets effectively Train, develop, and coach staff for peak performance Maintain a consistently full daily patient schedule Assist patients in understanding and accepting treatment plans Calculate treatment fees and process payment arrangements Keep the office clean, organized, and compliant for patient safety Perform other duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of dental office management experience (required) Very strong customer service and sales skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Leadership skills grounded in honesty, integrity, and accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish speaker is a plus
