Plano, TX Job Details Part-time $12 - $13 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Accounts receivable management Attention to detail Payroll Full Job Description Job Summary Hebron Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Home Health Office Manager to oversee daily office operations for our non-skilled Personal Assistance Services program. The Office Manager will manage EVV compliance, Medicaid billing, claims follow-up, attendant scheduling, service-authorizations, payroll-hour reconciliation, client and employee records, and PAS service coordination. The individual will also support staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and corrective actions in collaboration with agency leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable supervising office and field staff, and experienced with Texas Medicaid, TMHP, EVV systems, and PAS operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 32.0 per week
