We're Hiring:
Medical Office Manager Standard Medical Group of Southeast Texas is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Medical Office Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a strong leader who can effectively manage daily clinic operations while fostering a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of Front Office and Back Office medical operations Experience with medical credentialing and medical billing Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the medical office Supervise, coach, and support front and back office staff Ensure excellent patient service and workflow efficiency Assist with provider credentialing and payer enrollment Monitor billing processes and work closely with the revenue cycle team Implement office policies, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with company standards Collaborate with providers and administration to achieve operational goals Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Sick Time 401(k) Retirement Plan Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you are a dedicated healthcare leader with a passion for excellence and building high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!
