Job Description

Job Summary Our dynamic healthcare team is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations for our high-volume oral surgery practice. This hands-on leadership role is for someone who thrives on keeping a busy practice running smoothly while building a strong, positive team culture. Duties Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations Manage, coach, and support the front office and clinical support team Oversee scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and practice KPIs Manage HR functions: hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff performance Partner with Dr. Naples on practice growth, budgeting, and operational decisions Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations Skills Prior office/practice management experience at a specialty dental practice required Proficiency with WinOMS for efficient record-keeping and patient management is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with superior interpersonal and customer service ability Proven leadership and the ability to delegate, motivate, and inspire a team, and lead confidently on the doctor's behalf Calm, professional, and self-motivated under pressure Strong time management and organizational skills, with the discipline to keep goals and policies on track Working knowledge of dental procedures and practice operations

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
