Dental Group Region:

San Antonio TX We are a growing dental group seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to lead the business and administrative operations of multiple dental practices across the San Antonio market. This is a non-clinical leadership position . Regional Manager is responsible for business performance, team development, operational execution, and other administrative functions that do not involve or interfere with the clinical practice of dentistry. The ideal candidate can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution , effectively managing business operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams and creating accountability for achieving operational and non-clinical financial goals. Regional Manager works closely with the dentist-owner to support the successful business operations of their practices. What You'll Lead Coach and develop Office Managers and administrative teams Drive business performance, including revenue, collections, scheduling, and operational efficiency Build strong teams focused on exceptional patient service Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention of non-clinical team members Develop accountable, high-performing office leadership Identify operational challenges and implement solutions Support efficient non-clinical practice operations Monitor regional KPIs and provide regular performance reporting Travel regularly between San Antonio practices Who We're Looking For 5+ years of dental practice management experience Multi-location or Regional Manager experience strongly preferred Proven success developing teams and improving business performance High integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence Strong business and financial mindset Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel approximately 75% Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience
