Job is in Slaton Our team is looking for a highly driven, goal-oriented, and organized individual to become an Dental Office Manager at one of our locations. We work hard, have fun and make patients smile each and every day! The Office Manager oversees the daily operations, staffing, and finances of the practice to ensure fundamental systems and protocols are in place and functioning effectively to reach practice goals. This individual is responsible for overseeing the development of the staff, the financial health of the company, as well as community outreach and marketing. Generally, the Office Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the standards and systems. Other duties include facilities management, goal setting with the practice owners, and assuring the overall patient satisfaction and good will of the practice. Operations Management Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care. Monitor financial reports and meet budget goals. Manage supplies, billing, collections, and facility safety. Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper patient recordkeeping. Lead IT system usage, system compliance, and patient retention strategies. Leadership & Professionalism Represent the practice in a professional and approachable manner. Support strategic planning and community outreach. Communicate clearly with ownership and lead staff meetings. Prioritize tasks effectively for both self and team.
