Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between patients and the dental practice, ensuring smooth communication, treatment presentation, and appointment coordination. This role requires a professional with at least one year of experience in treatment presenting and familiarity with tracking doctor goals and managing accounts receivable. The Treatment Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience, supporting clinical staff, and contributing to the overall success of the practice. Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and effectively to patients, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making. Keep track of doctor goals related to patient care, treatment acceptance rates, and overall practice growth. Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing follow-ups and payment arrangements. Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow. Serve as a communication bridge between patients and the dental team to ensure seamless information flow. Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation related to treatments and financial transactions. Support the clinical team by ensuring patients are well-informed about their treatment options and financial commitments. Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service and professional support throughout their visit. Experience Minimum of one year experience in treatment presenting within a dental or healthcare setting. Proven ability to effectively communicate treatment options and benefits to patients. Experience in managing accounts receivable or billing processes is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple goals and priorities. Familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
