Position Summary Treatment Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the dental office while helping guide patients through treatment planning, financing, scheduling, and case acceptance. This role requires strong leadership skills, advanced Open Dental knowledge, and hands-on experience in PPO and/or fee-for-service dentistry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, patient-focused, fluent in Spanish, and experienced in managing both team performance and front-office systems.
