PAIN PRACTICE MANAGER

(FT) - LINDALE Primary responsibility for operations in a hospital-owned, specialty interventional spine and pain management practice. Responsible for staffing and scheduling as well as staff training and annual evaluations. Manage front desk, scheduling, medical assistant and radiologic technician staff. Coordinate with central business office for insurance verification, authorization and billing. Interacts with multiple departments including procurement, IT, pharmacy, laboratory, procedural and radiology. Responsible for assuring high-level patient satisfaction. Meet deadlines for reporting to administration. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at a hospital or clinic practice. Bachelors degree required or equivalent work experience, Masters degree preferred.
