Practice Manager /
Financial CoordinatorLocation:
Farmington, UtahWe are seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused Practice Manager / Financial Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. This is a unique dual-role opportunity for someone who enjoys both leading a team and working directly with patients to help them understand and navigate the financial side of orthodontic treatment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable discussing money and treatment costs, and able to balance the operational needs of the practice with an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Practice Management Oversee the daily operations of the orthodontic practice Lead, coach, and support the practice team Monitor office workflow, scheduling, productivity, and patient experience Partner with the orthodontist to achieve practice and financial goals Support recruiting, training, onboarding, and employee development Address employee and patient concerns professionally Maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented office culture Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall practice performance Financial Coordination Meet with new and existing patients to review treatment costs and financial options Present treatment fees and explain payment plans, financing, insurance benefits, and patient responsibilities Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding their treatment investment Coordinate insurance benefits, claims, and account questions Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections Review patient accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Track financial goals and key performance metrics Work with the team to improve case acceptance and financial performance
What We're Looking For:
Previous orthodontic experience strongly preferred Management or leadership experience preferred Experience with orthodontic financial coordination is a plus Confident discussing treatment costs, insurance benefits and financial arrangements with patients Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with operational and financial reports, and practice metrics Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operations Professional, approachable, and patient-focused Strong attention to detail and follow-through Why This Role Is Different?
