Dental Practice Manager - Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient clinic performance.
- Lead, train, and manage administrative and clinical teams.
- Drive case acceptance and treatment sales.
- Monitor KPIs, production, collections, and profitability.
- Manage budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity and patient flow.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and customer service.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, lead generation, and referral relationships.
- Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and develop staff.
- Supervise insurance, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Implement systems, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
- Analyze business performance and present strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with doctors to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
