Dental Practice Manager - Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient clinic performance.
  • Lead, train, and manage administrative and clinical teams.
  • Drive case acceptance and treatment sales.
  • Monitor KPIs, production, collections, and profitability.
  • Manage budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity and patient flow.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience and customer service.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, lead generation, and referral relationships.
  • Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and develop staff.
  • Supervise insurance, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement systems, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
  • Analyze business performance and present strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with doctors to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Pay:
$7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
