We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill two key roles in our Orem and Lehi offices: a Dental Office Manager to oversee overall practice operations and leadership in Orem, and a Patient Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our front desk and manage patient care workflows in Lehi (Thanksgiving Point Dental). Dental Office Manager Role Overview:
The Dental Office Manager oversees daily non-clinical operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and profitable practice. This role leads the administrative team, manages financial workflows, and fosters a high-performance culture aligned with our mission. Current office manager is moving out of state with a flexible timeline sometime over the next several months. Transition time with existing and new office manager is available.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all non-clinical daily office operations and workflow efficiency. Lead, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure goal alignment and accountability. Manage practice finances, including billing workflows, payment posting, and account reconciliations. Supervise technology management, including software systems (Dentrix, Curve), equipment installation, and vendor relations. Foster a positive team environment focused on high patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dental office management required. Strong proficiency in Dentrix or Curve or equivalent dental practice management software. Proven leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Position 2: Patient Coordinator (Front Desk)
Role Overview:
The Patient Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our patients. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk workflows, and facilitating a seamless patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain the front desk schedule. Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Collect co-pays, process payments, and verify insurance coverage prior to appointments. Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate treatment plans with the clinical staff. Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain high patient retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior dental front desk or customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and scheduling software (Dentrix, Curve ) is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
