With 16+ active operatories and a multi-provider team (general, pediatric, perio, and upcoming ortho), we use Dentrix, Vyne, and Weave to deliver exceptional care at scale. We are hiring a growth-minded leader to run our administrative operations.
Who you are:
Proven Multi-Doctor/Multi-Specialty Leadership:
You have a successful track record managing large dental teams (front desk, insurance/AR, and assistants) for more than 10 years. You know how to set clear expectations, coach for performance, and maintain a positive, accountable culture.
High-Volume Operational Expertise:
You are comfortable running a busy, 16-op environment. You can partner with the administrative team to build productive schedules for multiple providers and ensure a seamless patient experience via phone, text, and in person.
Strong Insurance & AR Management:
You deeply understand practice financials. You can guide the administrative team on verifications, clean claims, and patient balances, while actively managing aging reports to keep AR healthy.
Systems & Process Optimization:
You enjoy refining workflows and are highly proficient with Dentrix, Vyne, and Weave. You know how to use these tools to keep data clean and operations efficient. Prior dental assisting experience preferred.
Growth & Training Mindset:
You can help scale our specialty services by training staff to communicate confidently with patients about treatment plans, financial options, and internal memberships.
Compensation & Benefits Type:
Full-time, on-site

Starting at $80,000+ per year, based on experience and impact.
