Qualified candidates must possess the following job requirement criteria: or more years of front desk experience in a private dental practice 5 or more years of experience managing a team (minimum of 2 team members directly managing) Dentrix experience is a prefered. In depth understanding of PPO insurance, including both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits Extremely organized and tech savvy (we are a modern, paperless office) Strong leadership and motivation skills (teacher) Exceptional customer service skills (must enjoy speaking to and working with others) High school or GED level educational requirement (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)
