Job Description

If you are big on people, culture and keeping operations running efficiently this job is for you! We're going and looking for an Experienced Dental Business Manager who's ready to step in and really make an impact. You'll be supporting dental offices, working alongside each office manager to bring everything together, systems, structure, and team alignment across both locations. This role is big on people and culture. You're the one who connect with the employees, builds trust, and keeps things running smoothly while protecting the culture. We don't need someone who just points out problems and moves on. We need someone who sees what's not working, steps in, and helps fix it. Someone who can guide, teach, support, and hold a team accountable while still being someone they respect and want to work with. We're continuing to grow, with more locations planned, so this is a really cool opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and be part of building something bigger.
