Job Description

We are a fast growing, privately owned, state of the art dental office in Chantilly, seeking a talented & enthusiastic Dental Administrator with at least 1 year experience in the dental field.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proficiency in
Eaglesoft Required:
Strong knowledge of current dental terminology Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail Responsibilities Prepare and present treatment plans to patients, including discussing insurance coverage and financial options Discuss financial responsibilities with patients and collect co-pays and outstanding balances Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies as needed Manage and optimize the daily schedule to ensure efficiency and productivity Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments Communicate with patients via text using RevenueWell Monitor and respond to emails daily in a timely manner Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
8 am•5 pm
Wednesday:
9 am•6 pm One Saturday a month: 9 am•2 pm
