+ Co is a boutique plastic surgery and aesthetics practice known for exceptional care, attention to detail and a highly personalized patient experience. We're looking for an Assistant Practice Manager to lead our growing aesthetic department and serve as a true second-in-command to our Practice Manager. This is not an administrative role, and it's not a front desk job. The person we're looking for naturally asks: How is the team doing? How are the providers doing? How full are the schedules, and what opportunities are we missing? What needs to be handled before someone has to ask me about it? If you see an opening on a provider's schedule, your instinct should be to fill it, not just report that it's open. What you'll own You'll lead day-to-day operations of the aesthetic department. That means managing and developing the front office and medical assistant team, actively working provider schedules, supporting treatment plans and memberships, handling patient concerns, overseeing inventory, and turning events and promotions from ideas into execution. You'll also help make our new systems (4D EMR and Riviera) part of how the team works every day. We're moving away from sticky notes and "I forgot." If it matters, it has an owner and a workflow. On Mondays you'll lead the front desk and patient flow. Tuesday through Friday you'll focus on leadership, revenue, operations and growth. How we want you to lead Own outcomes, not tasks. + Co experience. Be warm and hospitable, but hold high standards. You're comfortable telling a team member, "This is the expectation, and I need you to own it." Care about the business. You don't need to be a clinician. You do need to care whether the department is performing, and be comfortable with numbers, goals and conversations about money with patients. You may be a strong fit if you have: Management experience A background in aesthetics, medspa, plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, luxury hospitality or another high-touch service environment Strong follow-through and comfort with technology A track record of acting before being asked This role probably isn't for you if: You need a task list every morning.
