Overview Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a Dental Office Manager, where your leadership and organizational skills will drive the success of our dental practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and deliver exceptional patient service. Your expertise in medical office management and practice oversight will help create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for both patients and team members. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced dental setting while utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of healthcare management systems and administrative support. Duties Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staff coordination to ensure optimal performance Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, coding, and collections using EMR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development in compliance with healthcare policies Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality and data security Coordinate with dental practitioners and healthcare staff to streamline workflows and improve patient care quality Monitor clinic compliance with health regulation policies and implement necessary updates or procedures Utilize patient management software to schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and track patient histories efficiently Requirements Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with strong supervisory skills Extensive knowledge of medical administrative support functions including medical billing, coding, and records management Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and health policy standards Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to enhance patient satisfaction Prior experience with medical billing, budgeting, financial management, and compliance within a healthcare setting is highly desirable Knowledge of dental clinic operations along with acute care or critical care experience will be considered an asset This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to lead a thriving dental practice by leveraging their comprehensive healthcare management expertise. Pay:
