Overview In this managerial position, you will use your organizational and people skills to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. We provide hands-on training and support to set you up for success. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring optimal flow and minimal wait times. Handle financial management tasks, including billing, collections, and budget oversight. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental office management. Skills Must have experience in a dental office/clinic Proficient in medical office management practices and procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of financial management principles relevant to a dental practice. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and vendors.
