Practice Manager Sculpt Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery McLean, Virginia | Full-Time | Benefits Included Position Overview Sculpt Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, results-driven Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our McLean, Virginia location. This is a leadership position for an experienced professional with a strong background in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or medical spa operations . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in practice management, aesthetic sales, team leadership, and performance management. We are specifically seeking someone who understands the business side of an aesthetic practice and knows how to use KPIs, sales metrics, and operational data to drive growth and improve practice performance. ResponsibilitiesPractice Operations Oversee the daily operations of the McLean practice. Ensure the office operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient and client experience. Manage scheduling, staffing, workflows, inventory, and administrative processes. Ensure practice policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage front desk, administrative, and other practice staff. Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and staff development. Foster a positive, professional, sales-focused culture. Conduct and support performance evaluations as appropriate. Sales & Business Development Drive aesthetic sales and revenue growth. Coach staff on consultations, service recommendations, memberships, packages, and retail sales. Monitor lead conversion and client retention. Identify opportunities to increase treatment utilization, memberships, packages, and repeat business. Help develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. Lead by example in delivering a high-touch client experience and supporting sales initiatives. KPIs & Performance Management Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor revenue, sales conversion, lead conversion, retention, membership performance, average client spend, treatment utilization, and other relevant metrics. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement. Establish performance goals and develop action plans to achieve them. Regularly communicate performance results and priorities to leadership and staff. Patient & Client Experience Ensure every patient and client receives an exceptional experience. Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally. Maintain high standards for customer service and brand presentation. Help build long-term client relationships and loyalty. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required. Prior experience in an aesthetic, plastic surgery, or medical spa environment required. Experience in a plastic surgery practice strongly preferred. Proven experience managing or leading an aesthetic or plastic surgery practice. Strong background in aesthetic sales and business development . Demonstrated experience working with KPIs and performance metrics . Strong understanding of aesthetic consultations, treatment sales, memberships, packages, and client retention. Proven leadership and team-management skills. Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Ability to analyze business performance and translate data into actionable strategies. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on, business-minded practice leader who understands both the clinical environment and the business of aesthetics. You should be comfortable managing people, driving sales, analyzing KPIs, improving operational efficiency, and holding a team accountable to measurable goals. Experience specifically within a plastic surgery practice will be highly valued.
