This role serves as a key operational leader, partnering closely with physicians and executive leadership to drive organizational goals, improve patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and support a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strong healthcare operations professional with proven leadership experience, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll DoOperational Leadership Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including financial, quality, and operational performance. Develop and manage operating budgets, performance goals, and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate clinic activities to ensure efficient operations, patient satisfaction, and high standards of care. Assess patient flow and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Financial Management Monitor departmental expenses and maintain budget adherence. Assist with financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and budgeting activities. Recommend capital equipment purchases and support strategic planning initiatives. Partner with leadership to establish financial and operational objectives. Human Resources & Team Development Lead employee engagement, training, coaching, performance management, and retention efforts. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and employee development. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance standards. Coordinate employee meetings, communications, and organizational initiatives. Manage orientation and offboarding processes in partnership with Human Resources. Physician & Stakeholder Relations Serve as the primary liaison between physicians, practice staff, and corporate leadership. Foster strong relationships with providers, referral sources, and community partners. Support physician onboarding and integration into the practice. Coordinate physician, investor, and business meetings as needed. Marketing & Business Development Help develop and execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts. Support referral development by building relationships with area providers and healthcare partners. Assist with practice growth strategies, website enhancements, and community engagement activities. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills. Experience managing budgets and understanding accounting principles. Knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and reimbursement processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between practice locations as needed. Preferred specialty practice management experience. MBA or other advanced degree. Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare management software.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$48,000 - $59,000 annually Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and internal equity.
