Riverside Animal Hospital in Kelso, Washington is seeking a full-time Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our team and support the day-to-day operations of our hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary leader who enjoys developing people, improving hospital workflow, and creating a positive, collaborative culture. What You'll Do As Hospital Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting both our people and our practice, including: Lead daily hospital operations and promote efficient workflow Hire, coach, mentor, and develop veterinary support staff Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity Oversee budgeting, inventory, and financial performance Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards Support exceptional client service and community outreach Partner with veterinarians to optimize surgical flow and patient care Identify opportunities to improve hospital processes and the overall team experience What We're Looking For Previous veterinary hospital leadership experience preferred Practice Manager, Hospital Manager, or strong veterinary supervisory experience Knowledge of veterinary operations, staffing, and workflow management Experience with high-volume surgery or shelter medicine is a plus Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills Passion for animal welfare and accessible veterinary care Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and positivity What's in it for you: Benefits & Perks We believe our hospital leaders deserve the same support they provide to their teams.
