DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER - JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!

Mint Condition Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental office. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, confident leading a team, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient, productive schedule Lead, support, and hold team members accountable to office expectations Monitor production, collections, and practice goals Support treatment presentation, financial discussions, and patient follow-up Oversee insurance, billing, accounts receivable, and patient account processes Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily coverage Lead team huddles and maintain strong communication between clinical and administrative teams Address patient concerns and ensure an excellent patient experience Work closely with leadership to improve systems and support practice growth

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dental management experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and office operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable holding team members accountable and addressing concerns Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental practice management software
