Pay:
$75,000•$78,000 per year, depending on experience
Benefits:

Location:
100% Onsite at Snoqualmie, WA.
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:00am•4:30pm

Who You Are:
You are a motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager that will lead the daily operations of our vibrant, patient-focused pediatric dental and orthodontic office in Snoqualmie, WA. You are dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for children and families while delivering the highest quality of care. You are enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about team building and provide an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications Include:
Progressive experience in dental practice management, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes 2-5 years of experience managing and leading teams, including coaching, accountability, and day-to-day supervision Proven reliability and professionalism: leads by example, shows up prepared, and sets a strong example for the team through consistent follow through Experience setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting team members in meeting role responsibilities and performance standards Metrics-driven mindset, with experience tracking daily goals such as production and collections and consistently meeting targets Experience managing patient and insurance billing processes end to end Proficiency with Accounts receivable is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and engage a diverse workforce Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and professional reference checks
What You'll Do:
As the Practice Manager, you'll support and manage the day-to-day operations in this pediatric dental , with a focus on strong team leadership, efficient workflows, and high-quality patient experiences. The position works closely with our Director of Operations to support efficient workflows, a positive team environment, and strong administrative and financial practices.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily administrative operations across pediatric dental practice Supervise, train, and support front desk, administrative, and clinical team members Partner with clinical staff to maintain efficient scheduling, patient flow, and overall workflow Ensure a positive, consistent patient experience through well-supported systems and team coordination Provide financial and administrative oversight, including billing, insurance processing, and collections Oversee and reconcile daily financial transactions, including deposits, reports, and petty cash Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency Support HR and compliance functions, including adherence to WISHA, HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes for team members Assume responsibility for additional projects, assignments, and operational functions as needed to support the success of the practice Perform other duties as assigned, recognizing that the responsibilities of this role extend beyond the tasks listed above and may evolve based on the needs of the organization PIP Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace where all employees are valued.
