Job Description
Dental Office Manager - Full Time A well-established dental practice is seeking a collaborative, client-focused Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys strategic and operational responsibilities, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class client experience throughout every step of the patient journey, from initial contact to follow-up Oversee office financial management, including production/collection goals, billing systems, insurance billing, and accounts receivable Communicate office and business needs proactively to providers Identify, build, and improve office processes to enhance productivity and efficiency Drive internal and external marketing strategies, including tracking and optimizing activities Supervise and inspire front office staff, manage scheduling and logisticsQualifications:
3-5+ years experience in dental practice management Proficiency with dental software platforms and Microsoft Office suite Experience with QuickBooks and insurance billing Ability to read and communicate treatment plans to patients, team members, providers, and insurance companies Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills Interest in marketing and creative problem-solving Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Attributes:
