We are looking for an upbeat, organized Practice Manager to be the welcoming face of our office and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. About the

Role:

As our Practice Manager, you'll be the first smile our patients see and the voice they trust on the phone. You'll play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and efficient experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily administrative tasks Scheduling appointments and patient communication Verifying insurance and assisting with insurance claims (experience is a plus!) Coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements Supporting the team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Dental experience preferred (entry-level applicants welcome!) Experience with insurance claims is a plus Dental assisting experience is a plus Experience with Dentrix is a plus Bilingual is a plus

Compensation:

Starting at $30/hour Pay range based on experience and qualifications
