Job Description

Eden Vista Green Dale is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Executive Director / Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support the Executive Director while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service for our residents and families. Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Director with the daily operations and leadership of the community. Oversee all business office functions, including resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposits, collections, and financial record management. Maintain accurate resident financial files, contracts, authorizations, and required documentation. Coordinate with admissions, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure resident information, authorizations, and billing are accurate and up to date. Prepare monthly billing, assist with financial reporting, and support month-end business office processes. Respond to resident and family billing inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, resident confidentiality requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations. Assist with administrative projects, audits, and other operational initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Previous experience in business office management, healthcare administration, assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred. Experience with resident billing, accounts receivable/payable, financial documentation, and office operations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record or billing systems; PointClickCare (PCC) experience is a plus. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Why Join Eden Vista?
