WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be an important part of our front office team and a key player in creating an exceptional patient experience. ✨ Welcome and communicate with patients ✨ Schedule appointments and coordinate services ✨ Partner with clinical and administrative teams ✨ Help patients understand treatment plans and financial options ✨ Verify insurance eligibility ✨ Assist with claims, billing, and insurance coordination ✨ Maintain accurate patient records ✨ Keep the front office organized and running efficiently ✨ Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development ✨ Maintain the highest standards of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

ARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER?

We're looking for someone who is: ✔️ Experienced in a dental or periodontal office ✔️ Organized and detail-oriented ✔️ A confident and compassionate communicator ✔️ Familiar with dental terminology and insurance processes ✔️ Comfortable using dental practice management software ✔️ A dependable, collaborative team player ✔️ Positive, professional, and patient-focused Dental assisting or office management training is a PLUS!
