Job Description

Dental 360 is hiring a motivated Office Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must have Superb communication skills and demonstrate strong organization skills. Dentrix Ascend software knowledge and Front desk experience is a must . Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct effective morning huddles. Build relationships with our patients. Must demonstrate strong customer service skills. Experience with insurances and a proven ability to manage schedules. Must be articulate and have confidence in talking about treatment and collecting copays/balances from patients. Oversee operations with doctors/team leaders to develop opportunities for team members improvement and growth. Assist in preparing and overseeing policies to coordinate all department activities to achieve goals and objectives for profitability and office growth. Some other responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, statement posting, financial arrangements and check- in patients and out. Help facilitate communication of different departments to ensure the office is fully utilizing the support available to run an effective and profitable operation. Any other tasks/duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
Exceptional People Skills/Customer Service Knowledge of dental terminology Insurance benefits, eligibility, and verification experience Insurance billing and management Accounting/Payment collections Knowledge of dental software, preferably Dentrix Reliable/Fast Learner Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Bilingual and Spanish speaking preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental office

$23.00 - $29.00 per hour
