Job Description We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our hospital while supporting our team and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, confident leader who can balance people management, hospital operations, and client service in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop hospital team members through training, feedback, and performance management. Partner with leadership on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and employee relations. Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and positive environment. Address client and employee concerns professionally and promptly. Manage inventory, equipment, vendors, and purchasing to maintain appropriate supplies and control costs. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, OSHA, DEA/controlled substance regulations, and other required protocols. Ensure payroll and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. Support client service, scheduling, patient records, and communication with pet owners. Build strong relationships with team members, doctors, clients, vendors, and the local community. Promote a positive hospital culture focused on teamwork, patient care, and exceptional client service. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Veterinary hospital or practice management experience preferred. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead with fairness and accountability. A passion for veterinary medicine, team development, and outstanding client service.
Qualifications Qualifications:
